Set at the end of the 13th century: the Mongol Empire has devastated entire nations in its campaign to conquer the East. Tsushima Island is all that separates Japan from a massive Mongol invasion led by the ruthless and cunning General Khotun Khan. The island is ablaze in the aftermath of the first wave of the Mongol assault, and the brave samurai Jin Sakai stands resolute. He is one of the last survivors of his clan and is determined to do whatever it takes, at any cost, to protect his people and reclaim his homeland. He must forget the traditions that shaped him as a warrior to forge a new path, that of the Ghost, and fight an unconventional war to free Tsushima.
