Instructions for Use
Gently apply the pencil on the mobile eyelid or inside the waterline of the eye. The shape of the tip allows for a precise and intense line.
For a natural effect, blend the color before it sets completely on the skin.
For a more glamorous look, extend the pencil line beyond the outer corner of the eye.
For a more sophisticated result, use it on the mobile eyelid as eyeliner or over eyeshadow to intensify the color.
