Description
Soft and comfortable patch made of special patented cells containing natural components (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) that develop heat when in contact with oxygen in the air.
The prolonged heat, at a constant temperature, increases blood circulation in the tissues, producing pain-relieving effects and relaxing the muscles, as it:
• delivers more oxygen to damaged tissues, helping the muscle return to a state of well-being;
• stimulates temperature-sensitive nerve endings, interrupting the transmission of pain and thus promoting muscle relaxation.
Effective and targeted against muscle and joint pain due to fatigue and muscle tension, sprains, strains, and arthritis.

Usage Instructions
Open the package when ready to use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the protective paper to expose the adhesive side. Place on the painful area and firmly press the adhesive side onto the skin. Be careful during application not to overlap the cells. Do not use on the face, head, chest, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet, or toes. For those over 55 years of age, wear ThermaCare over a thin garment (or fabric), not in direct contact with the skin. For maximum effectiveness, wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold among regular household waste.

Warnings
Do not use in case of:
• if the contents of the cells leak and/or the patch is damaged;
• with creams or medicated ointments, patches, or other heat sources;
• on scratched or abraded skin;
• on bruises and swellings that occurred in the last 48 hours;
• on body areas insensitive to heat;
• by individuals unable to follow all usage instructions or unable to remove the product themselves, including children and dependent elderly individuals;
• do not use on the face, head, chest, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet, or toes.

Consult your physician before use in cases of diabetes, circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and pregnancy.
This product may cause burns. To reduce the risk:
• Periodically check the skin for any signs of irritation or burns and, if any are found, discontinue use immediately.
• If excessive heat is felt, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over a garment, not in direct contact with the skin.
• For those over 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases with age, wear ThermaCare over a garment and do not use the patch while sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging).
• Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
• Do not apply excessive pressure on the worn product, such as leaning against hard surfaces, nor wear it under tight clothing or belts.

Discontinue use and consult a physician if discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent skin changes occur in the area where the product was worn or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The heat-generating cells contain iron (about 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the patch, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a physician immediately. Also consult a physician in case of accidental ingestion.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave) or attempting to heat it, as the patch may catch fire.
Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging and label.
