Description
Dietary supplement based on ALFAMAG, parthenium extract, vitamins B1 and B2; useful for providing an additional intake of these ingredients to the daily diet. Vitamins B1, B2, and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system; magnesium and vitamin B1 also contribute to normal psychological function, while vitamin B2 helps protect cells from oxidative stress and reduce fatigue and tiredness. Parthenium helps counteract localized tension states.

Ingredients
ALFAMAG: magnesium citrate, alpha-lipoic acid; filler: microcrystalline cellulose; parthenium herb with flowers dry extract [Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip.] titrated to 0.5% parthenolides; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Usage instructions
It is recommended to take 2 tablets per day, to be swallowed with a large sip of water.
