Preparation and Use
Usage advice: trim the insoles to the desired size, following the indicator line. Ensure the product is the correct size for the shoe and is properly inserted. It is recommended to replace once a month to maintain maximum product effectiveness.

Cleaning instructions: the insoles are hand washable in warm water with mild soap or detergent.
