Ingredients
Folate (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid), Ferric fumarate, Magnesium oxide, Magnesium bisglycinate; B group vitamin complex (B1, B2, B6, B12), Sodium fluoride, Calcium carbonate, Pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), Zinc oxide, Potassium iodide, Vitamin PP (niacinamide), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Vitamin H (D-biotin), Sweetener: sorbitol; maltodextrins, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavors, Sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; sodium selenite.

Usage Instructions
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day: dissolve the contents directly in the mouth or in a glass with a little water at any time of the day. Can be taken for extended periods during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and before conception.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old. Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from light. The expiration date refers to the product properly stored, in intact packaging.
