Ovocan THERAPEUTIC KIT

Kit useful in the treatment of complicated and uncomplicated candida vulvovaginitis, consisting of a topical formulation (vaginal ovules) and a systemic formulation (oral capsules) present in the same package. The mechanism of action of the kit is based on three fundamental principles: detachment of pathogenic microorganisms from the vaginal mucosal cells; inactivation of the same pathogenic microorganisms present in both the vaginal and intestinal environment; restoration of the normal physiological activity of the vaginal and intestinal mucosa. The kit can be used during pregnancy and in conjunction with any antibiotic therapy. It is specifically indicated in the prophylaxis of recurrences of vulvovaginitis, particularly those that manifest typical symptoms in conjunction with or immediately after menstrual flow.

Ingredients
Vaginal ovules: hyaluronic acid 350kD + 6-palmitoyl-L-ascorbic acid (Vcpal); hyaluronic acid 550kD + 6-palmitoyl-L-ascorbic acid (Vcpal); hyaluronic acid 750kD + 6-palmitoyl-L-ascorbic acid (Vcpal); hyaluronic acid 950kD + 6-palmitoyl-L-ascorbic acid (Vcpal); hyaluronic acid 1,150kD + 6-palmitoyl-L-ascorbic acid (Vcpal); kluyveromyces fragilis marxianus B0399 + saccharomyces cerevisiae; colostrum.
Oral capsules: kluyveromyces fragilis marxianus B0399 + saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Usage Instructions
In the acute phase of uncomplicated candida vulvovaginitis: 2 oral capsules daily and 1 vaginal ovule daily for 5 consecutive days.
Complicated recurrent and severe candida vulvovaginitis: 2 oral capsules and 1 vaginal ovule daily for 10 consecutive days.
In the prevention of recurrences (uncomplicated and complicated candida vulvovaginitis, bacterial vaginosis, aerobic vaginitis, and nonspecific vulvovaginitis): 1 oral capsule daily for 10 consecutive days, starting from the first day of menstrual flow; 1 vaginal ovule daily for 5 consecutive days, starting from the last day of menstrual flow.
Treatment duration of four consecutive months. It is recommended to take the oral capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. The two capsules can also be taken simultaneously. It is advisable to gently insert the ovule into the vagina as deeply as possible, the night before going to bed. Before inserting the ovule, it is advisable to perform a thorough washing of the vagina with suitable preparations.
