Preparation and Use
Usage Tips
Preheat the oven to the desired temperature (not exceeding 200°C).
To fill the bag more easily, fold the edge of the bag outward by about 2 cm.
If desired, add a tablespoon of flour to the bag and shake it to coat the walls.
1. Place the food in the bag and add flavors and aromas if desired.
2. Close the bag with the special tie included in the package without tightening it too much to allow steam to escape during cooking. Leave about 5 cm of space between the tie and the contents and place the bag on a tray or in a baking dish in the center of the oven.
3. During cooking, if steam does not escape from the closure of the bag, cut one of the corners or make some holes. In the microwave, turn your food halfway through cooking and after cooking, let it rest for 10 to 20 minutes before serving.
