Prep Insect Repellent Spray is a ready-to-use insect repellent aerosol based on Deet, effective even after a single application. It contains Denatonium Benzoate, a very bitter substance that helps prevent accidental ingestion of the product by children. Prep Insect Repellent Spray protects against bites from various species of mosquitoes, including the Tiger mosquito, both during the day, until dusk, and at night. The action of Prep Insect Repellent Spray lasts for eight hours against mosquitoes after application. The product is indicated for use in areas infested by the tropical mosquito (Anopheles gambiae), where its protection lasts for five hours. Prep Insect Repellent Spray is very effective against black flies that attack mammals in rural areas; thus, its use is particularly indicated in areas infested by black flies such as stables, farms, campsites, and rural areas where its protection generally lasts for more than 5 hours. Prep Insect Repellent Spray is also effective against ticks, allowing protection of treated areas for three hours. Its use is therefore indicated when frequenting infested areas such as wooded areas, meadows, agricultural zones, and rural areas in general. Useful in MTV areas (to control the spread of Vector-Borne Diseases).

Preparation and Use
Instructions for use and dosage: Shake the container well before use. Spray evenly on legs and arms from a distance of about 15/20 cm, avoiding direct application on the face, wounds, and mucous membranes. For applications on the face and neck, spray a little product on the palm of the hand and spread it, avoiding contact with the eyes and mouth. Do not repeat the treatment more than twice a day. In adults, do not repeat the treatment more than twice a day.

Ingredients:
Composition: 100 g of product contains: N,N-Diethyl-meta-toluamide (DEET) Cas 134-62-3: 19.50 g, Denatonium Benzoate (bittering agent): 0.001 g, co-formulants and propellants: q.b. to g 100.

Safety Warnings:
WARNINGS: Do not apply to children under 2 years. Application on children between 2 and 12 years must be performed by an adult. Avoid allowing the product to come into contact with children’s hands. Use with caution on delicate skin, particularly in children up to 12 years. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and mouth. Do not breathe in aerosols. Do not use on abraded, macerated, sunburned skin, or on wounds. In case of adverse reactions, immediately remove the product by washing thoroughly with water and soap; if symptoms persist, contact a doctor and show them the label. In case of ingestion, contact a doctor immediately and show them the container or label; alternatively, consult a Poison Control Center. Avoid contact with plastic materials. Do not eat, drink, or smoke during use. Use the product only in perfectly ventilated areas. Do not use in the presence of open flames. Do not contaminate food, drinks, or containers intended to hold them. Store away from food or feed and drinks. Keep in a well-ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight and away from any source of combustion. Store away from heat sources, combustion sources, and near extinguishers. Do not open or puncture the container. The mixture is sensitive to cold. Packaging contaminated by the product and product residues are considered hazardous waste. Do not reuse the container and do not disperse it in the environment but dispose of it in accordance with current regulations.
