Preparation and Use
Usage advice: trim the insoles to the desired size, following the indicator line. Ensure the product is the correct size for the shoe and is properly inserted. It is recommended to replace every 6-12 months to maintain maximum product effectiveness.

Cleaning instructions:
the insoles are hand washable in warm water or machine washable at 30° with mild soap or detergent.
