Preparation and Use
Usage advice: remove the transparent protective film and insert the heel cushion into the shoe, ensuring it adheres well to the heel. If discomfort occurs, remove the product for one or two hours, then reinsert it. For maximum effectiveness, replace the heel cushion every 6 months (or whenever the product appears worn).

Cleaning instructions: the heel cushion is hand washable in warm water using mild soap or detergent.
