Usage instructions
Shake well before each use to mix the 2 phases. Apply to each closed eye with a cotton pad soaked in eye makeup remover. Gently pat the cotton on the eyelid for 10 seconds to dissolve the makeup, then swipe over the lashes without rubbing from the root to the tip.

Components
Uriage thermal water 18%, cornflower water, gentle non-ionic surfactant, and very mild solvents.
