Plantar fasciitis insole
The Farmamed insole is designed to relieve and prevent the onset of plantar fasciitis. The materials used, characterized by varying thicknesses and densities, provide adequate support to different areas of the foot, avoiding overloading the plantar fascia. A special aluminum fiber insert supports and protects the central area of the foot and the arch. The fabric, made with FIR technology, helps improve blood microcirculation.

Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the tissue that connects the heel to the base of the toes, causing pain. A degeneration of this issue can lead to the formation of a heel spur, a foot condition that causes a bony protrusion under the heel, resulting in pain.

Preparation and Use
Usage instructions: remove the insole provided inside the footwear. If necessary, cut the Farmamed insoles to the desired size following the printed line. Place them inside the footwear so that the side with cutting instructions is in contact with the shoe. Washable in lukewarm water with neutral soap. Suitable for most footwear.

Safety Warnings:
WARNING: it is recommended to wear a sock while using the insoles. Do not use on wounds or damaged or reddened skin. Regular checks are recommended to determine the good condition of the insoles. Do not use if there are signs of evident wear or anomaly. Discontinue use in case of adverse reaction. Never expose the insoles to heat sources. Store at room temperature.
