Preparation and Use
How to use the facial strips?
Lycia recommends: deeply cleanse the face with a cotton pad and rinse the area to be waxed with warm water to open the pores and facilitate the pulling and removal of hair from the root. Proceed to facial hair removal treating both sides of the lip separately.
1. Warm the wax by holding the strip for a few seconds between your hands;
2. Slowly separate the two strips;
3. Apply the strip to the area to be waxed in the direction of hair growth.
4. Keeping the skin taut, pull the strip decisively against the direction of hair growth while keeping the strip as parallel to the skin as possible.

And to soothe redness, nourish the skin, and remove any wax residues, use the Lycia post-wax wipes included in the package.

Safety Warnings:
WARNINGS
Keep the product horizontal and away from heat sources. In warm temperatures, the strips may become sticky. If this happens, store them in the refrigerator. Do not use on irritated, cracked skin with pimples or wounds, varicose veins, or cuts. Before use, ensure that the skin is dry, not irritated, and free of oils, creams, or lotions. Consult a doctor before use if taking medications that may cause adverse effects on the skin or in case of skin disorders. Always check the skin reaction by testing a small amount of wax and a post-wax wipe on a small area of the body you wish to treat. If no adverse reaction occurs after 24 hours, proceed with hair removal. The use of depilatory waxes is not recommended for diabetic and elderly individuals. The strips can be used during pregnancy, but may cause bruising. The strips are effective even in cases of uneven wax distribution on their surface (sometimes there is a greater deposit on the edges). Do not leave the strip on the skin for more than a few seconds. Never use alcohol or water to remove wax residues. To remove any residues, use the post-wax wipes or a cotton pad soaked in oil. Avoid immediate sun exposure after use. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with lips.
