It is recommended to limit sugary snacks between meals and to brush teeth twice a day.

Preparation and Use
Instructions: Always follow the instructions on the package.
Brush teeth twice a day, minimize ingestion, and spit. Keep out of reach of children. For children 0-2 years, use a small strip of toothpaste. For children 3-6 years, use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Supervise to minimize ingestion. If fluoride is ingested from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor. Seek dental or medical attention as soon as possible if swelling of the mouth or face occurs. If irritation develops, discontinue use. The ends of the carton are glued: do not use if opened.
