• Acute and chronic wounds.
• Intact or damaged skin surfaces.
• Cavities and mucous membranes of any part of the body.
Sofarclean can also be used as a valid aid in the debridement of necrotic tissue in scabbed wounds.

Usage Instructions
• SOFARCLEAN with blue nozzle, strong jet, is recommended for the systematic cleaning of acute and chronic wounds before applying a dressing. Thorough cleaning with SOFARCLEAN allows for appropriate dressing of lesions without the need for disinfectants.
• SOFARCLEAN with white nozzle, vapor jet, is suitable for gently hydrating, irrigating, or cleansing: nostrils, throat, mouth, ear, genital areas, minor superficial wounds, dermatological lesions of various etiologies.
Before applying the vapor jet, it is recommended to dispense a little solution elsewhere to clean the nozzle.
