Dietary supplement based on melatonin. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep* and alleviating the effects of jet lag**. With extracts of lemon balm and chamomile for a relaxing effect.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, shortly before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.
**The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, shortly before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at the destination.

Directions for use
