Mackerel, cod, herring, and other fish characteristic of cold and salty waters are natural sources of polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA. A diet rich in these polyunsaturated fats is associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular issues. These fatty acids also play a structural role in cell membranes, and abnormalities in membrane lipid composition are believed to be common in people with mood disorders. During pregnancy and early life, DHA intake is also important for the development of the retina and brain of the child. Contains no heavy metals.

How to use
