How to use
For adults.
It is recommended to take one sachet per day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 150 ml of water.
It is recommended to continue taking POLASE WINTER DEFENSE for at least two weeks.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use if the sachet is defective.
Keep the product out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
