Ingredients
Starch, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; freeze-dried cultures of: Lactococcus lactis R-1058 (CNCM I-4674), Lactobacillus casei R-215 (CNCM I-3429), Lactobacillus helveticus R-52 (CNCM I-1722), Bifidobacterium bifidum R-71 (CNCM I-3426); vegetable capsule: hypromellose.
Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

How to use
1-2 capsules per day to be swallowed with water.
It is possible to pour the contents of the capsule into non-hot liquid.
