Magnesium citrate; filler: isomalt; sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose; acidity regulator: citric acid; birch (Betula pendula Roth., leaves 50% and Betula pubescens Ehrh., leaves 50%) e.s. tit. min. 2.5% flavonoids, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) e.s. tit. 12% in rosmarinic acid, flavor; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; magnesium oxide; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus L., fruits) e.s. tit. 0.5% agnuside, saffron (Crocus sativus L., stigmas) e.s. tit. min. 2% safranal and min. 3% crocins, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, preferably with the main meal.
Pour the powder into a glass and add 150 ml of water, mix well until the powder is completely dissolved and consume.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Dietary supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
