Dietary supplement based on myo-inositol, melatonin, and folic acid useful for providing an additional intake of these substances, in the presence of reduced dietary intake or increased need. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Usage instructions
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, to be taken in the evening one hour before bedtime. Dissolve the contents in a glass of water.
