The product

Preparation and Use
Usage instructions
Open the package immediately before use and remove the device. Wait a few minutes holding it in your hand to allow the thermal reaction to activate. Place the device in the appropriate pocket of the strap ensuring comfortable and free movement. In about 30 minutes, the maximum temperature will be reached. When you no longer feel the heat, remove the product. The strap can be used in direct contact with the skin. Use the device only inside the strap.
