Preparation and Use
Usage: Open the package just before use and remove the device. Wait a few minutes while holding it in your hand to allow the thermal reaction to activate. Place the device in the designated pocket of the strap. In about 30 minutes, maximum temperature will be reached. When you no longer feel the heat, remove the product. The strap can be used directly against the skin. Use the device only inside the strap.
