Dietary supplement based on melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, shortly before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.
Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake shortly before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Ingredients
Purified water, fructose, concentrated apple juice (Malus domestica Borkh, fruit); preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum; flavors; acidifier: citric acid.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Usage instructions
Take 0.5 ml, measured with the graduated syringe, in the evening before bedtime. Dilute in water or take directly in the mouth, as it has a pleasant taste. Shake well before use.
It is recommended to wash the syringe after each use.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Dietary supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Different production batches may exhibit slightly different colors, this does not affect the quality of the finished product.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, at a controlled temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
Validity in intact packaging: 24 months.
Validity after opening: 60 days.
