Usage instructions
It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily.

Storage
The product contains probiotics sensitive to heat: it is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or thermal shocks, to store it away from light and preferably at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C, and to transport it at temperatures below 25°C for periods not exceeding 48 hours. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored and in unopened packaging.
