Description
Treatment and prevention of flea infestation (Ctenocephalides felis and Ctenocephalides canis). The treatment prevents flea infestation for one month. It also prevents the multiplication of fleas for two months after application by inhibiting the hatching of eggs (ovicidal activity) and inhibiting the emergence of adults from eggs laid by adult fleas (larvicidal activity).

Directions for use
Dosage:
The minimum recommended dose is 42.3 mg of dinotefuran/kg body weight and 4.23 mg of pyriproxyfen/kg body weight. The treatment dosage range is from 42.3 to 705 mg of dinotefuran/kg body weight (pc) and from 4.23 to 70.5 mg of pyriproxyfen/kg body weight (pc) for cats weighing 0.6 kg to 10 kg. Method and route of administration: Spot-on.
Care should be taken to apply the veterinary medicine only to intact skin. How to apply: Remove the spot-on applicator from the packaging.
Step 1: Hold the applicator upright, placing fingers under the larger disc as indicated.
Step 2: With the other hand, press down on the smaller disc until the two discs fit together evenly. This will pierce the seal of the applicator.
Step 3: The cat should be standing or in a comfortable position for easy application. Part the fur to expose the skin at the base of the cat’s head. Apply the veterinary medicine slowly with the rounded tip of the applicator onto the skin. Avoid superficial application to the cat’s fur.
Treatment scheme:
Following a single application, the veterinary medicine will prevent flea infestation for one month and also prevents the multiplication of fleas by inhibiting the appearance of fleas in the cat’s environment for 3 months. The need to retreat cats with a likelihood of being re-infested and the time interval between such treatments should be based on the assessment of the responsible veterinarian.

Warnings
Wash hands thoroughly and immediately after use. The veterinary medicine is irritating to the eyes and skin. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or mouth. In case of accidental spillage on the skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If the veterinary medicine accidentally comes into contact with the eyes, they should be thoroughly rinsed with water. If irritation to the skin or eyes persists, or if the veterinary medicine is accidentally ingested, seek medical attention immediately showing the package leaflet or label. Individuals with known hypersensitivity to dinotefuran, pyriproxyfen, or dimethyl sulfoxide should avoid contact with this veterinary medicine.

Storage
Shelf life of the veterinary medicine packaged for sale: 3 years. Shelf life after first opening of the primary packaging: use immediately.
