EnerZona Cookies 40-30-30 provide carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in a 40%-30%-30% ratio expressed in calories. They contain oleic acid (8.4%), an unsaturated fat. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. EnerZona Cookies 40-30-30 are rich in proteins and fibers, making them ideal for use in the Zone dietary strategy as part of breakfast or as a snack.
All EnerZona products based on soy have been developed in collaboration with Solae, whose technology allows for particularly palatable products in taste and texture. Solae soy derivatives are Identity Preserved (IP); this means that the entire process is certified to ensure no GMOs are used.
