Description
Medical device normalizing the reactivity of the vaginal mucosa. It is useful in treating symptoms of mucosal hyper-reactivity induced by the use of antiseptics during vaginitis and by the positioning of contraceptive systems. Particularly indicated for controlling vaginal symptoms following the use of anti-estrogenic drugs for adjuvant treatment in women with breast neoplasia.
Saginil in vaginal tubes helps maintain the morpho-functional integrity of the vaginal mucosa to counteract the onset and amplification of the tissue events that characterize, locally, mast cell hyper-reactivity.
Saginil in vaginal tubes can also control recurrence phenomena that frequently occur after vaginitis of different etiology.

Directions for use
In case of treatment for vaginitis, it is recommended to use one tube on alternate days (preferably in the evening) for 10 or 20 days or as directed by a specialist. In case of treatment in women undergoing anti-estrogenic therapy, one tube per day is recommended until symptom relief or remission. The product can be used in conjunction with ongoing pharmacological treatment.
1) Wash hands thoroughly. At the first use, unscrew the cap of the tube, rotate it, and use the pointed part to pierce the aluminum seal. Do not use if the seal is broken.
2) Remove one tube from the protective wrapper and screw it onto the tube’s opening, ensuring the two components are aligned.
3) Squeeze the tube to fill the tube with gel until completely filled, i.e., until the piston stops.
4) Unscrew the tube from the tube and replace the cap on the tube.
5) For application, lie down, gently insert the end of the tube deeply into the vagina, and empty the contents by slowly pushing the piston all the way down. Remove the tube and dispose of it after use.

Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes; rinse thoroughly in case of accidental eye contact. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. The product is not indicated for individuals already sensitized to the components in the formulation. Preferably use before the date indicated on the package.
Saginil in vaginal tubes does not interact with commonly used pharmacological treatments for vaginitis; however, consult your doctor for concurrent use. During treatment, it is recommended to use Saginil Intimate Cleanser.

Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 40°C.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
