Usage instructions:
– Intimate Turnover: external use: apply, after cleansing, one or two times a day to the affected areas (vulva, perineum). Internal use: screw an applicator onto the tube in place of the cap; fill the applicator completely with the cream by pressing the tube from its lower end; unscrew the applicator and close the tube with the cap; in a lying position with knees raised and spread, deeply insert the applicator into the vagina, press the piston all the way down, then remove the applicator. Use the applicator only once and dispose of it after use. One evening application.
– Turnover Ovules: insert one ovule daily (the evening before bedtime) deeply into the vagina.
– Turnover Recto: remove the cap by leveraging the cannula until the safety lock breaks, insert the cannula into the anal canal, dispensing the gel even during extraction. If necessary, lubricate the cannula with a few drops of the same gel. Use each micro-enema only once. One application per day or as prescribed.
