Usage Instructions
Before use, check that the product fits well in the shoe. The end of the insole should be at the base of the toes; this way, the insole may not touch the back of the shoe. For some people, the Pain Relief insoles may take time to become comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break from use may be helpful. If necessary, gradually increase the number of hours of daily use until they can be worn all day.
