Description
ThermaCare is a soft and comfortable wrap made of special patented cells containing natural ingredients (iron, charcoal, salt, and water) that develop heat upon contact with oxygen in the air.
Therefore, ThermaCare:

Prolonged heat at a constant temperature increases blood circulation in the tissues, producing pain-relieving effects and relaxing the muscles, as it:
– brings more oxygen to damaged tissues, helping the muscle return to a state of well-being;
– stimulates temperature-sensitive nerve endings, interrupting the transmission of pain and thus promoting muscle relaxation.

Usage instructions
Open the wrapper when ready to use. ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature. Remove the protective paper to reveal the adhesive side. Place on the painful area and press firmly the adhesive side onto the skin. Be careful during application not to overlap the cells.
For maximum effectiveness, wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be disposed of hot or cold among regular household waste.

Warnings
Do not use in the following cases:
– if the contents of the cells leak and/or the wrap is damaged;
– with medicated creams or ointments, patches, or other heat sources;
– on broken or abraded skin;
– on bruises and swelling that appeared in the last 48 hours;
– on body areas insensitive to heat;
– by individuals unable to follow all usage instructions or who cannot remove the product themselves, including children and dependent elderly individuals.
– do not use on face, head, chest, inner arm, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knee, feet, or toes.
Consult your doctor before use in cases of diabetes, circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and pregnancy.
This product may cause burns. To reduce the risk:
– Periodically check the skin for any signs of irritation or burns and, if any are found, immediately discontinue use.
– If excessive warmth is felt, stop use or wear ThermaCare over clothing, not in direct contact with the skin.
– Above 55 years of age, the risk of burns increases with age, wear ThermaCare over clothing and do not use the wrap while sleeping.
– To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging).
– Do not use for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period.
– Do not apply excessive pressure on the worn product, for example by leaning against hard surfaces, nor wear it under tight clothing or belts.
Discontinue use and consult a doctor if:
– discomfort, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent change occurs in the skin area where the product was worn;
– pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The cells that generate heat contain iron (about 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with skin or eyes, remove the wrap, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a doctor immediately. Also consult a doctor in case of accidental ingestion.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g., microwave) or attempting to heat it, as the wrap may catch fire.

Store in a cool, dry place.
