Dosage and Usage
Take 1 capsule once or twice a day on an empty stomach.

Supplement of lactic ferments based on dry extracts of Chamomile and Lemon Balm in synergy with Lactobacilli (including “sporogenes”, for its long survival), B vitamins, and Inulin.
