Description
Class IIB medical device (Directive 93/42/EEC). Single-use.
Useful for treating symptoms such as burning, itching, and pain during evacuation associated with hemorrhoidal disease, anal fissures, and irritative states of the anal and perianal area. Promotes reparative and re-epithelializing processes, hydrating and protecting the skin and mucous membranes; lubricates in case of pain due to difficulty in evacuation. Helps prevent injuries and irritations from friction.
Fragrance-free. Paraben-free. Nickel tested.

How to use
Use after each evacuation. Use more frequently throughout the day as needed or as directed by a physician. In case of pain during evacuation, apply for lubrication before each evacuation. Unscrew the cap and break the safety seal with the back cap.
– External use (perianal and/or anal): apply the gel to the affected area with a gentle massage.
– Internal use (rectal): use the appropriate cannula attached to the package and follow the instructions below.
1) Unscrew the cap and screw on the cannula.
2) Lubricate the outer part of the cannula by applying slight pressure on the tube to allow a small amount of gel to come out.
3) Proceed gently with the internal application and apply further pressure on the tube.
4) After use, immediately remove the cannula, clean it thoroughly with water, and cover it with the appropriate cap.

Components
Sodium hyaluronate, acacia honey, Centella asiatica dry extract, witch hazel hydro-glyceric extract, purified water, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurine copolymer, glycerin, hexanediol, caprylic glycol, ethylhexyl glycerin, polysorbate 60, isostearate sorbitan, trisodium succinate of ethylenediamine, lactic acid.

Warnings
Keep out of reach and sight of children. Continuous use of the medical device should not exceed 30 days. Use the cannula attached to the package exclusively with CELEVIS® Plus. The use of the cannula is strictly personal. Since complete data is not available, it is recommended to use the product only on the advice and under medical supervision in case of: pregnancy and breastfeeding; in conjunction with other topical products for the same intended use as Celevis Plus. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor. Do not use if the original packaging is open, damaged, or incomplete.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
Validity in intact packaging: 36 months.
