ciStiflux A¹⁸

CE Medical Device 0476, class IIa, based on a concentrated extract high in proanthocyanidins type A, guaranteed by the use of a validated and highly sensitive method known as DMAC (named after the colorimetric reagent used, dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde). CISTIFLUX A represents a natural approach to help combat cystitis, both as a complement to acute antibiotic therapy and in the prophylaxis of uncomplicated urinary infections, thanks to the recognized properties of proanthocyanidins (PACs) type A. CISTIFLUX A is useful as an adjunct in the treatment of cystitis and in the prophylaxis of uncomplicated urinary infections, preventing bacterial adhesion to the urothelium and thus promoting its elimination through urine.
The product does not contain gluten or lactose sources.

Ingredients
Each sachet of CISTIFLUX A contains 18 mg of proanthocyanidins type A (from American Cranberry extract); fructose; maltodextrin; berry flavor; citric acid; steviol glycosides; beetroot red; silicon dioxide.

Usage Instructions
One sachet twice a day in a glass of water in the morning and evening before bedtime, on an empty bladder, away from meals. It is important to remember that to promote urinary flow and thus the elimination of bacteria present in the bladder, one should drink at least 1.5 – 2 liters of water throughout the day.

Warnings
Cranberry may interact with vitamin K antagonists (e.g., Warfarin), reducing their metabolism by cytochrome CYP 2C9. In subjects undergoing treatment with such drugs, to avoid the risk of bleeding, the intake of CISTIFLUX A should occur under medical supervision. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. In case of intolerance or allergic reaction, discontinue use of the product. In the presence of urinary infection symptoms or fever, consult your doctor. The medical device does not replace the necessary antibiotic therapy for the treatment of urinary infections. Keep out of reach of children.

Contraindications
CISTIFLUX A has no side effects or contraindications except in patients known to be sensitive to the components contained in the product.

Pregnancy
It can be used during pregnancy. In this case, it is recommended to seek medical advice before taking any type of product.

Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature below 30°C. Do not use after the expiration date or if the package is damaged.
