Directions for use
It is recommended to take one tablet a day with a glass of water, in the evening after meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Dietary supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years, and adults over 70 years. Consult a physician regarding the consumption of the product if any health issues arise. Do not consume if taking cholesterol-lowering medications. Do not take if already consuming other products containing fermented red rice. While taking the product, follow a varied and balanced diet with regular consumption of fruits and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Do not consume more than 3 g of plant sterols per day. The product is not intended for individuals who do not need to control blood cholesterol levels.
