Description
Dietary supplement based on dry extracts of passionflower, valerian, lemon balm, hawthorn, and melatonin.
Passionflower and valerian promote relaxation and sleep. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag. For reducing the time required to fall asleep, beneficial effects are obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is achieved with the intake of at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at the destination.

Ingredients
Coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate (E170), octenylsuccinate of starch and sodium (E1450), carrageenan (E407), potassium acetate (E261); valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract (minimum 0.42% in valerenic acids), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract (minimum 2% in rosmarinic acid), hawthorn (Crataegus oxycantha Medicus, flowers and leaves) dry extract (minimum 1.5% in vitexin-2-rhamnoside), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., herb with flowers) dry extract (minimum 4% in total flavonoids expressed in vitexin); fillers: dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; flavoring, melatonin.
