Blisters form very quickly and can take several days to heal. If a blister breaks open, it can become infected and very painful. As soon as a blister forms, action should be taken immediately to minimize damage. Avoid wearing anything that rubs against the blister and apply a protective covering to reduce pressure.
The plasters provide quick relief from pressure and pain while protecting against water, dirt, and bacteria.
Compeed works if applied at any stage of the blister, although it will heal faster the sooner the plaster is applied.
