Ingredients
Magnesium oxide (magnesium), dry valerian extract standardized to 0.8% valerenic acids (Valeriana officinalis L., root); filler: microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizers: hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; dry hops extract (Humulus lupulus L., flower); coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol, talc, rice starch, beetroot red, ammonium sulfite caramel, vegetable charcoal; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; dry licorice extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., root).

How to use
One or two tablets before sleeping.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. High doses of magnesium may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances in some people. In these cases, it is advisable to either split the dose throughout the day by halving the tablet or reducing the number of tablets ingested. It may cause drowsiness and impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Consult your doctor if you plan to use this product for more than two weeks.
